² Description (short summary)
Ø Game stall
Ø Players can ‘buy’ 3 hoops for $2
Ø Players are not allowed to hoop the same bottle for more than one time
Ø Stand at a safe distance of 2m away from the bottles)
² Challenge
Ø A game for 2 players
Ø Players must be any pair of significant age difference
Ø Get double the prize if won
Ø Players can choose to be either
ü Blindfolded
ü Arms tied
ü Facing away from bottles with mirror provided for help
ü Further distance
(Why this idea? It requires people of different generations to come together and cooperate in order to win. It will improve communication skills and enables a bond to be fostered between.)
² How to play?
Ø Player/s will be required to stand behind the counter table, where there is a certain distance away from the bottles.
Ø Up to players to decide how to throw hoops
Ø Once hit on a target, the player would receive a prize
Ø The bigger the target, the smaller the prize.

Ø In the unlikely event of an accident, participants will be attended to by medics on duty.

disposable plastic bowls-Quantity: 10-15 (free; self-provide)
garbage bag-Quantity: 2
scissors-Quantity: 2 (free; from friends and self-provide)
icebox -Quantity: 4 (free; from friends)
INGREDIENTS:
Coconut-Quantity: 5 cartons of 50 coconuts each-(from coconut vendor, “SK success”; cost: $183.75)-[will be delivered to Pasir Ris Park at 9am on 26th Aug]-*vendor contact no. 94592413
Ice-Quantity: 10 packs of 2.5kg each-(from NTUC; estimated cost: $20.00)
ESTIMATED REVENUE:
If all coconuts are sold out,-Total amt. of coconuts: 5 cartons X 50-Cost of each coconut: $2-Total cost of coconuts: $500-Profit: $500-($3.50+$1+$183.75+$20) = $291.75 (58.35%)
BACKUP PLAN:
If the coconuts are not selling well, we will walk around selling the coconuts
using the iceboxes.
If they are still not selling well, we will have to decrease the cost of each coconut
to $1.50.
SAFETY:
People in charge of the stall will have to learn how to cut open the coconuts and to be aware of the safety precautions when using the knife.
The floor should be kept dry to prevent accidents and plastic covers for coconuts should be thrown into garbage bags.

Procedure:
Boil water in pot
When the water boils, turn off the fire, add in 50g of chrysanthemum leaves and 100 g of rock sugar
Stir and cover
Wait for 10 minutes or soil
Filter out the chrysanthemum leaves
Ready to be served
Back Up Plan:
If all else fails, buy Yeos packeted Chrysanthemum Tea.
Cost of a carton of 6 Yeos Chrysanthemum Tea - $ 1.50
No. of cartons to purchase (packet of 6) – 40 (total: 240 packets)

Safety Measures:
Everything will be prepared beforehand, so only the handling of drinks on the day itself is important.
On they day itself, and when transferring the drink from the bottle to the plastic bag, make sure that the drink doesn’t spill and handle with care.

ü to be prepared a day ahead/ on the morning itself as it has to be fresh and to avoid it being contaminated after being left for too many days
ü after preparing the bee hoon, we will put it into a big metal tray and use food wrap to cover it.
ü We will bring the trays in and sell it right away
ü Prevent cooking on the spot to lower the risk of having accidents
Ø Hygiene:
ü Anyone preparing the food in any way must ensure personal hygiene (e.g. sweat, clean fingers etc.)
ü Do not have direct contact with the prepared food to ensure it is still clean and fresh (e.g. testing it out with fingers)
ü The ingredients are to be fresh and any form of home made sauces are not allowed
ü Ensure that any ingredients used is halal
Ø Event:
ü On the day itself, we will not be cooking on the spot as it is dangerous and inconvenient.
ü Customers can buy first buy the bee hoon, and then go over to the finger food food stall to get more dishes
ü Sauce will be provided (e.g. chilli and tomato sauce)

Ø Cover the food with a food cover whenever business is ongoing to prevent flies from getting in. It would be good if the food cover is transparent/ translucent so that it can still attract customers

Ø Dirty plates/ utensils etc are not to be used at any time at all

· Keep a safe distance away from the oil

· If need be, they can take away in plastic bags which we will provide
Procedure:
· Thaw the fries
· Oil heated in deep fryer
· Deep-fry fries into the deep-fryer for 5-10 minutes
· Sprinkle salt over fries.
